Animal Rights.

      In class we read a story called "The Dark Ones". We read the first sentence and made a prediction on what we thought the story would be about. Many people said a father fighting in the war. After we read the story we found out that it was not about a human fighting in war, it was a father seal. The humas were attempting to kill the seal. The seal wanted to go see its family for one last time before it was killed. This story has raised my awareness of animal rights because they have feelings to. We would not like to be chaced and neither do they. This website (https://secure.peta.org/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=3813) has raised my awareness for animal rights because it makes you feel bad for the animals. I think that we should treat animals and other people the way we want to be treated.
